For Mental Health Providers

For inclusion on our list, your practice must meet the following requirements:

Sliding-scale: Your practice must have an accessible* sliding-scale option that has openings available at the time of vetting. I will periodically audit the list and remove providers whose sliding-scale spots are full. (*"Accessible" means affordability. If your hourly rate is $250 and your sliding scale option is $200, that is not accessible to members of our population, who by and large live in financial precarity.)
Proficiency with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients: We are more than just a box to tick off to increase your client base. Your web presence, whether that be a profile on a group website or your own practice, must prominently feature or describe your special proficiency with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients and issues. All providers who openly identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ automatically meet this criteria. Proficiency with sexual dysfunction, kink, polyamory, "women's issues", feminist modalities, and trauma-informed/non-oppressive frameworks do not by themselves qualify.
Province-wide services: Your practice must provide a virtual/"tele-health" option for client accessibility throughout BC.
Accepting new clients: You must be currently accepting new clients (and sliding-scale clients.)
